The ancient eavesdropper

     gentle  

       cultures

            soothe 

        the stomach’s soul, plastering active bacteria

            on all walls, head to toe.  Lemon, cherry,

               blueberry, key lime pie or pistachio,

                 multiple flavors to enrich any gust-  

                   ation aficionado.   What wonder 

                   this yogurt, whose texture  and

                   tang, the result of fermentation,

                  lactic acid acting on milk protein

    • Good! I take probiotics and eat yogurt, since I need to replace the bad bacteria with the good. It really keeps the flora in your gut balanced and healthy. And an apple a day never hurt anyone either 🙂
