  1. absolutely love the idea of the poet warrior

    • Thank you, Paul! Whether we know it or not, poets have the courage to stand in front of the whole world and uphold their feelings. We pen words from the heart and soul, our blood circulating through each thought, diction dripping from the open wound of consciousness. We are burdened and blessed all at once, golden tongues pulled free like a sword from the stone. Hope you are having a relaxing weekend, my friend, and keep up the wonderful poetry. You are a champion of pathos, a true poet warrior!
      Tyler 🙂

  2. That statement is certainly truer than most about poets…poetry can be seem undervalued by most readers. Thank goodness there is still poem-making going on–and we get to share it here as well as lit magazines!

That is amazing I love your words

  4. Let’s not hold ourselves too high in esteem, lest we become pompous and self-righteous, and start to resemble what most of us struggle against. 🙂

  5. Oh, Tyler I love this!! 🙂
