Corn fields and super cells go together likeโ€ฆtornado alley.
    Seriously, nice shot.

    • Sorry for the late response…been busy grant writing. Thank you kindly, my friend! I love corn fields too. The weather in the Willamette Valley this year is bizarre…tornados in Oregon…climate change in action. My wife is from Nebraska so she knows how to live in tornado alley. No root cellars in Oregon though! Have a wonderful Sunday!

I would think that any root cellars in the Willamette Valley would be below the water table. I’m in a good spot but still it’s heartbreaking how we’re trashing this beautiful planet. Everything is so โ€ฆ perfectly and oddly balanced and we don’t appreciate the glory.

Best of luck with Grant Writing. You can’t hear meโ€ฆI just did a low, knowing, chuckle. Grant Writing is The Show, Big Time, college papers pale.

      • Yes, no root cellars here…they would be underwater! We do take this planet for granted & itโ€™s a shame that people trash it. Iโ€™m trying to do my part, as Iโ€™m sure you are, to leave my corner of the world in better shape for my daughter. Thanks for the well wishes with grants. I submitted three grants in early November for close to $400,000. Fingers crossed…they are good restoration projects with amazing landowners, so I have faith that Iโ€™ll secure some funding. Have a wonderful week ahead & happy holidays ๐Ÿ™‚
