Greenhouse

The ancient eavesdropper

Give peace a place to grow.

Harvest seeds that harbor hope.

Let sunlight extirpate the elongated shadows

of fear, hatred and doubt

and clothe the future in a softer shroud.

Pay attention to perception –

no one pair of eyes sees the world for all –

we have selective vision, biased opinions.

Like a garden, we weed out competition

even if it grows from the same root system.

Thoughts, ideas, actions spread quickly

in the presence of open-minded decision making.

Just as a hot house warms and stimulates tomatoes,

positive energy and active productivity induces solutions.

The greenhouse has a clear purpose that others can absorb.

One can see inside and outside of a problem

and define the path to follow, the cause to serve.

I’m feeling positivised 🙂 Thanks Tyler.

  2. Very uplifting and soothing in its invitation to open up to difference. It’s softness is a beautiful counter to the harsh happenings in Brussels✨💕✨

    • Thank you kindly, my friend! My cousin and her husband just moved over to Brussels and I was relieved to find that they were safe. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the victims of this horrible and tragic act of terror. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, my friend 🙂 Peace unto you and yours.
      Cheers,
      Tyler
