  2. Arts & Rhymes says:

    Gorgeous photo!

  3. Olga says:

Very dramatic with the birds perched on posts and the beautiful clouds formations in the sky.

  4. Sabiscuit says:

It’s a dramatic capture. When I see birds looking out into the open water, I feel that something is about to happen. x

    • Thank you kindly, my friend! So glad you enjoyed it ๐Ÿ˜Š This is the view from Westlake dock at Siltcoos Lake on the Oregon Coast. It’s a beautiful place to photograph and explore! The two seagulls perched atop the piers are sentries of the coming storm, their bold silhouettes foretelling the dark clouds ahead. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday!

I’m glad I called it correctly. It was a very beautiful vision that you captured and the energy was unmistakeable. I appreciate your kind response and send best wishes to you. x

I love the feeling of peace I get from this picture. Either ‘close of day’ or ‘beginning ‘: this gives me that, letting out my breath, peace of the evening or, holding in my breath in anticipation , kind of peace in the awakening of dawn.

    • Very good description of the scene. Thank you for sharing! I’m glad my photograph made you feel at peace. That is a wonderful compliment! Have a fabulous weekend, my friend ๐Ÿ˜Š
