Thousands of leaves
orbit like harlequin planets
eclipsing the sun.

    Very beautiful, Tyler! 🙂

    • Thank you kindly, Amy! I’m glad you enjoyed it 😊 Harlequin not only describes the color of the leaves, but also their diamond shape. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend, my friend!
      Cheers,
      Tyler

    Hey, I like that!

Perfectly framed, like a theatre’s stage.

    • Thank you kindly, my friend! Glad you enjoyed my photo and poem 😊 The word “harlequin” has a double meaning. It describes the greenish yellow color of the canopy and the diamond shapes of the leaves themselves. And being able to use harlequin and eclipse in the title was pure bliss! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!
      Cheers,
      Tyler
