Veins against the grain

Veins against the grain

Shadows
weave their
way as
dark veins
against
the grain —
golden
sunlight
growing
between
the cracks.

    • Thank you, Melanie! I’m glad you enjoyed it, my friend 🙂 Lately, I’ve been re-blogging older posts because I’m working again. My friend started a business and I’ve been helping him implement habitat restoration projects. Over the last three days, we planted 800 trees and got our annual dose of poison oak! Needless to say, it feels exhilarating being outside in Nature, getting my hands dirty and finding new homes for seedlings…places for them to send down roots and begin life with a sound foundation. Hope you’re doing well, my friend. Have a wonderful Friday and weekend 🙂
      Cheers,
      Tyler
