    I like this one, i think that it goes along with thinking on and about the throat chakra work I am doing today…granted it is a …well some would consider it a distraction but I often require visuals as targets of aim that keep me to being sure of my purpose and intent. I wish I could place it in the comments of the blog post so that I could track the thoughts and images until I feel the work is completed.
