That is so true. I think it is too easy to avoid nature these days. There’s something sad about walking through a park, or by the ocean and seeing someone using a smartphone at the same time. You really need to disconnect before connecting with nature…or it just won’t take:-)
Thank you for your kind words and spot-on, heartfelt comments! Ironically, I took this photo with my iphone, but I totally understand what it means to disconnect. Technology is a means to an end for me, Nature is not (it is meaningful to everything w/o end). Hope you have a wonderful day, my friend, and keep up the excellent work on your blog!
Cheers,
Tyler 🙂
Reblogged this on Spontaneous Creativity.
I love this. I use Nature in my works a way to bring alive the beauty in our world, or as we say: Make the invisible, visible!
Thank you! Right on, my friend! Let’s keep this across-the- ether, kindred collaboration going 😉
Cheers,
Tyler
Hello, I saw you liked a couple of my posts recently. Thank you! Hope to see you again!
You are most welcome, Tamara! I just started following your wonderful blog. Feel free to stop by my blog again. The canopy is always open 😉
Cheers,
Tyler
Thanks Tyler! I am following your blog as well!
Tamara
Beautiful. Both the balancing and the reflective aspects are more vital and necessary than ever in today’s culture and world.
Thank you, Rod! I wholeheartedly agree with you, kind sir 😉
Cheers,
Tyler
nice shot. Love the ripples
Thank you, my friend!
Cheers,
Tyler 🙂
Nice work you do great work for the cause of nature
Thank you, Bee! My father taught me that words without action are hollow and hypocritical. I try to live my life as I call it, completing the cycle of poetry in motion. Hopefully this makes sense. Have a wonderful evening!
Cheers,
Tyler 🙂
Gorgeous.
Thank you, my friend! I do hope you feel better soon!! Last week, I had a cold and gave it to my wife after we got back from our camping trip. Now I’m getting better and she’s only just begun her coughing, stuffy cold spell. Hang in there…this too shall pass 😉
Cheers,
Tyler
Thank you. And I hope your wife feels better soon too. I bet she didn’t thank you for that gift!
Thank you for your concern! She is gradually improving, but her cough is getting worse every night. She doesn’t want to kiss me for awhile and is still mad about catching my cold. I feel as thought I am the prince who turned back into a toad 😉
Cheers,
Tyler
I sympathise with your wife. My cold has become a cough too.
Are you feeling better today? If not, I pray that you get well soon, my friend! Get plenty of soup and tea and wrap yourself in warm blankets to burn those germs out of your system.
Getting there but oh so slowly.
Same with my wife. If her cough doesn’t get better today, we’re going to see a doctor. Hope your feeling better, as your today has become my tomorrow!
Cheers,
Tyler 🙂
lovely Tyler, where did you egt your prompt?
Thank you! The photo was taken at McCredie Hot Springs outside of Oakridge, Oregon. It’s a breathtakingly beautiful place to explore and recharge your batteries, so-to-speak 😉
Cheers,
Tyler
